Order Processing & Delivery

After your order and shipping charges are confirmed, your order will be processed and shipped.
Estimated delivery timeline for international orders is 2–3 weeks, depending on the destination country, customs clearance, and courier operations.
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

Customs Duties & Taxes

Orders are shipped from India.
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other charges imposed by the destination country's customs authorities. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise communicated by our team.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on international orders.
If you receive a product that is damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging.
After verification, we will arrange an exchange for the damaged product where applicable.
