At Notice Me, we strive to ensure that every order reaches you in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged product, we're here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
We only accept return requests for products that are received in a damaged condition. Requests related to change of mind, incorrect size selection, personal preference, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos or videos showing the damage.
Verification Process
Once we receive your claim, our team will review the submitted evidence and verify the issue. Additional information may be requested if required.
If the claim is approved, we will provide instructions regarding the return process, if applicable.
Store Credit / Voucher
Upon successful verification of a damaged product, compensation will be issued in the form of a store credit or voucher only.
Store credits/vouchers:
- Cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded to the original payment method.
- Can be used toward future purchases on our website.
- Will be issued after the damaged product claim has been verified and approved.
