Return & Store Credit Policy

Every Notice Me bag is made to order, just for you. That’s why we don’t offer refunds. Instead, approved returns get store credit to shop with us later.

Returns

• You can return an unused product within 7 days of delivery.
• It must be in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
• Return shipping is arranged by the customer.
• Beaded bags and items bought on sale can’t be returned.

Store credit

• Once we receive and check your return, we’ll issue store credit for the product value.
• You can use it on any future purchase on noticeme.in.
• Store credit can’t be exchanged for cash or refunded to your original payment method.

Damaged or defective product

We check every bag before it leaves our studio. If yours arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, WhatsApp us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or videos. Once verified, we’ll issue store credit for the product value.
