Changed your mind? No problem, just get in touch with us via WhatsApp within 30
minutes of placing your order. Once it starts processing, though, we won’t be able to make any changes. -
We want you to receive your order in perfect condition. If your product arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
Once the damage has been verified, we'll issue a store credit/voucher that can be used on a future purchase.
Please note that we do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect orders or other non-damage-related reasons.
